Absolutely beautiful direct oceanfront condo located on the world famous A1A scenic highway in the quaint town of Ormond By The Sea, Florida. You can view one mile of car free beach and surf from the living room with direct oceanfront views from the kitchen and master bedroom as well.
Granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous furniture with an upscale nautical theme. All floors are tile. Mirrored walls in living room, original art pieces. Condo is fully furnished with nice things including towels,linens, dishes, pots & pans, beach chairs and umbrella. This condo has been impeccably maintained and pride of ownership shows.
Please note that this is a condo that is best suited for a single person or two people maximum as the second bedroom is set up as an office complete with with desk and hand painted decorative storage cabinets. Internet access is high speed Broadband via RoadRunner with WIFI. Note there is no dining room table, but rather a granite bar for 2 people that separates the living room and kitchen.
There is a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 people. This condo is 1000 square feet with a very nice balcony that is shielded from the wind and overlooks the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Wind surfers are out front practically every day and this is where the Right Whales come to calve.
The Atlantic-22 condominium complex has 22 units and #401 is a 4th floor corner unit on the South side of the building that is bright and sunny all day. The elevator is secured with key entry as are the stairs. Parking for one vehicle is covered and reserved in space #15. Owner prefers 1 month minimum rental with no pets allowed and absolutely no smoking.

RATE: $1,650 per month plus $100 departure cleaning fee.
