Liz has lived internationally and now lives in New Smyrna Beach. She has bilingual abilities with mainly Asian influence and has taught middle school and done office management for various businesses.
Liz has sold millions in single family residential properties and condominiums in a relatively short time. In her first year she was Rookie of the year for the Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors and has been able to maintain the same level of sales. In addition to her real estate involvement, she currently manages a luxury oceanfront condominium in New Smyrna Beach and handles rentals both at Ocean Club North and Minorca Condominium. By virtue of this position, Liz has an excellent insight into oceanfront property values. Liz's comments are that she wants to build her reputation on high quality service and won't stop until she finds what the customer wants. Real Estate is a full time committment for Liz.
